Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds
Doom Watcher subscriptions are processed through Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”).
Within 14 days of initial purchase: If you are not satisfied with your Guardian or Sentinel subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Contact hello@doom-watcher.com with your account email and we will process the refund.
After 14 days: Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day window. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access to your paid tier until the end of the current billing period.
Renewals: Automatic renewal charges are non-refundable. If you do not wish to be charged, cancel your subscription before the renewal date via the subscription management portal (Settings → Manage Subscription).
How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@doom-watcher.com within 14 days of your initial purchase
- Include your account email address
- We will process the refund within 5 business days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
Downgrades
You can downgrade from Sentinel to Guardian or from any paid tier to Free at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades.
